At Lazee, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Returns or size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be free from stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, alterations or any signs of wear.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Need a different size?

We offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or another suitable resolution.

Eligible returns will be processed once the product passes our quality inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
